On RedSquare Software, I’ve worked with medium-sized teams to manage complex enterprise systems. I have been responsible for designing and implementing backend services using JavaScript for a major project involving the ERP system of a large company with multiple branches. We leveraged technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL to build scalable, high-performance systems. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and an optimal user experience.
Working remotely has its own set of challenges and benefits. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining a strong sense of team cohesion and collaboration. To overcome this, we have implemented update meeting each day and regular bi-weekly meetings. Additionally, we have established clear communication channels and guidelines to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
